Provide the deceased member’s full name and the documents required to register their estate. Your own ID and details were entered in the previous step.
Authorised representative only. The contact person is the Choir’s sole authorised representative and the communication link between PAVRISK and the Choir. This role does not receive royalty payments.
Official communications use the business email and business phone number from your registration above — not the contact person’s phone or email (those are for verification and internal records only).
Nominate a contact person for when PAVRISK needs to reach your organisation on operational or follow-up matters. This is supplementary to your primary business email and phone above — it does not replace them as the main communication channels. Required for Company/Corporate registration.
